Leverage Proven Technology
Provide the foundation and plan next
steps
 The foundation of the SAP Engineering Control
Center was developed by SAP´s partner DSC
Software AG, based in Karlsruhe, Germany.
 In a joint project, SAP and DSC developed further
enhancements and redesigned the solution to
meet SAP´s development standards.
 The result is a new, powerful integration
platform
 SAP and DSC are working with other strategic
partners CENIT, Cideon and .riess engineering to
build new connectors for mCAD authoring tools
and electronics.
 SAP 3D Visual Enterprise will be integrated in
the SAP Engineering Control Center

SAP Engineering Control Center will be SAP´s single integration platform for all authoring tools and other IT systems
(e.g. MCAD, ECAD, Software, PDM, simulation tools). It helps companies manage increasing product complexity.
Key enabler for Systems Engineering
By integrating several authoring tools on a single platform and enabling cross discipline collaboration, SAP
