the gate to gain access but also disable the alarm for our room (call out for the alarm
is £75 between 6am and 10pm and £120 between 10pm and 6am).

to organise a collection.
Please provide details regarding how many samples need collecting, the address we are picking up from (if applicable), when the samples will be ready
and name and contact details of the responsible person.
Same Day
Please ensure same day collections are booked for CENTRAL LONDON before
3.30pm.
If you are outside LONDON, please book collections as early as possible. The later
the booking is made, the less likely the collection will be achievable.
Overnight
If you are booking an Overnight collection, please inform us before 12pm if we are
collecting from site.
Dropping into a Depot
if you are dropping into a depot please call BEFORE you get there, so we can
organise it. Bookings needs to be done before 5pm in order for us to receive it the
following day.

all unsure, contact your client liaison officer.
