Job Description
The manager Promotion for match in iGIP is in charge of
developing business intelligence of our international
platform focused on the needs and offers of AIESEC in
Colombia. He/ she must do Promotion of Colombia to EPs
and EP Managers of other LCs to achieve match much
effective and potentiate the effectiveness rate of the entire
network.
Main Functions





To review daily the platform in search of good deals.
To monitor the match process of TNs.
Generate a Business Intelligence 
To promote the LCs TNs offers worldwide in order to
increase the exchange experiences of AIESEC in
Colombia.
You have to do the track of the TNs LCs and be the
mentors of them, help them to match theirs TNs.

Reporting
 Direct communication and accountability to the NST
Internacional Cooperation iGIP
 Send reports every week to the NST Internacional
Cooperation iGIP
Critical Success Factors
 Increasing MATCH rate
 Increasing Applicant’s rate
 Promote the TNs and the Advertising material
 Relationship management with country parterns and
LC partners
