Job Description
The Manager Publicity’s charge is responsible to handle
all marketing materials, advertising image creation,
creation and management of WIX with the proposals of
increasing TNs and the level of cooperation and effective
match for local committees AIESEC in Colombia.
Main Functions





To set with the NST International Cooperation Main
Publicity strategies for promote the TNs in Colombia
To develop strategies in order to ensure compliance
with goals, objetives and execution task team
To manage and allocate the advertising campaigns
with the TN of the Local Comittes
Management and administration of the National WIX
with the TNs of each Local Comitte in AIESEC in
Colombia.
Constantly Uploading of the iGIP National
Searchtool from AIESEC in Colombia.
Reporting
 Direct communication and accountability to the NST
Internacional Cooperation iGIP
 Send reports every week to the NST Internacional
Cooperation iGIP
Critical Success Factors

 Increasing MATCH rate
 Increasing Applicant’s rate
 Promote the TNs and the Advertising material
 Relationship management with country parterns and
LC partners
