The members of the Board of Advisors are responsible for AIESEC’s success, within the framework set below. Advisors are people who actively work and contribute organization development. Roles of BoA Consulting Controlling New ideas Yearly plan Strategies Consulting on Personal and Professional matters MC VPs Opening new offices Yearly plan execution Financial health All actions taken are in accordance with AIESEC values Supporting Identifying opportunities in the external environment Promoting AIESEC in external environment Innovation enabler Obligations (according to the Internal Rules) In the 2-year term, the BoA member should attend at least 5 meetings A time commitment of minimum 3 hours per meeting A time commitment of minimum 3 hours per month for meetings with AIESEC leaders and participating AIESEC conferences and events Requirements for members of boa For Alumni For Externals AIESEC experience (LCP or MC experience is preferred) Deeper understanding of AIESEC Way and AIESEC Values Working experience in the field of expertise Good command of English Long-term and activelyinvolved partner of AIESEC (>1 year; corporate or noncorporate) Interest in the work of AIESEC and willingness to support Working experience in the field of expertise Good command of English Expectations towards BOA members General Objective Approachable Open-minded Flexible and ready to roll with the changes Action-oriented Solution-oriented Ready to coach MC members Ready to advise MC members Specific The working processes will be defined on a later stage of the selection Will be defined between members of BoA and MC team 15/16 Structure Chair HR Sales PR Marketing Internal Control MCP Term The term is 2 years (from June 2015 to June 2017) regardless of when they were selected NB!
