RAJASTHAN PRE- VETERINARY TEST (RPVT-2014)
Important Instructions for Applicant Filling Online Application Form of RPVT-2014
The candidate should read the Instructions, User manual and information booklet of RPVT2014 carefully before filling online application form. Then click on the link………, a login page
will be opened then click on “New Registration” link. Registration for RPVT-2014 Form will
be opened which can be filled. Candidate should note down his/her User-ID/Registration No.
Just Follow Easy 4 Steps to fill up Application Form
Note 1: Ensure that you have completed all the 4-Steps i.e. Step 1 to 4. No claim for
registration in respect of incomplete Forms / Steps will be entertained.
Note 2: All the details filled in the online application form can be changed upto 05/05/2014
So, ensure you have filled up the correct and complete information.
Note 3: If candidate want to pay the application and examination fee through bank challan
then first generate the bank challan and deposit the fee then complete all the 4 steps.
How to generate Bank Challan
FOR NEW USERS Click on Click here to generate bank challan from login page, it will navigate
to Bank Challan page.
1. Enter Candidate’s full name in BLOCK LETTERS as given in the records of Board of
Secondary Education.
2. Enter Father’s full name in BLOCK LETTERS as given in the records of Board of
Secondary Education.
3. Enter Mobile No.: {SMS (if any) will be sent to you on this number}
4. Select Category: Category once declared in the application cannot be changed later
on. The candidature of such OBC and SBC candidates, who are covered under the
creamy layer, will be considered only under the general category.
5. Enter Amount:
Candidates will have to pay fee first either through bank challan or through
net banking or through debit and credit card using gateway payment mode. After
filling the payment details, he/she has to move to next step for filling online
application form.

If payment is made by challan mode than after filling all the details, click on “Generate Bank
Challan” button to generate the bank challan. Three copies will be opened in pdf format. The
printed copy of challan will indicate Applicant’s name, Registration number, Date of birth,
category of the candidate etc.
1. Go to nearby branch of ICICI bank in Rajasthan state only as mentioned in user manual
and pay the Registration fees.
2. Bank will write Transaction ID Number, Branch Code and deposit date and Bank Seal on
all the three copies of Challan form. Candidate must check this information in all the
three copies of Challan.
3. Bank will retain one Bank copy of Challan and candidate must collect Candidate and
University Copy of Challan Form.
Note 4: If candidate wants to pay through Net Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card then
enter the amount from Personal Information page and click on ‘Pay’ button, it will display
the list of banks
Now candidate should select the bank and click on ‘Continue to Payment’ button.

Now candidate can clicks on ‘Confirm’ button to confirm the payment.
After successful payment, candidate will navigate to Confirmation Page with details of
his/her Registration No. on successful completion of Registration process of the candidate;
he/she will receive an email with details of Candidate ID and Password.
Step 1: Personal Information
1. The Registration/Application form must be filled by the applicant.
2. Enter Candidate’s full name in BLOCK LETTERS as given in the records of Board of
Secondary Education.
3. Enter Father’s full name in BLOCK LETTERS as given in the records of Board of
Secondary Education.
4. Enter Mother’s full name in BLOCK LETTERS as given in the records of Board of
Secondary Education.
5. Select Gender: Male/Female
6. Enter Date of Birth as recorded in Secondary School Certificate or equivalent
examination.
7. Enter Email ID: (Candidate will receive Candidate ID and Password on this email ID)
8. Select Nationality: Indian / Other
9. Select Religion: From list

GNB (General Boy)
OBCB (Other Backward Classes Boy)
SBCB (Special Backward Classes Boy)
SCB (Scheduled Caste Boy)
STB (Scheduled Tribe Boy)
SATB (Scheduled Tribal Area ST Boy)

Category once declared in the application will not be changed later on. Candidates
falling under OBC and SBC creamy layer will be considered only under the general
category.

Enter Address: {Documents (if any) will be send to you on this address}
Enter Pin Code: Permanent address along with Pin code as given in the address
above.
Enter exact Total gross annual income of Father for year 2013-14:
Enter exact Total gross annual income of Mother for year 2013-14:
Any disparity in income of parents mentioned by the candidate will be liable to
further verification from authorities. Candidates should note it carefully.
After filling all the details, click on “Submit” button to submit the personal information. Now
candidate will navigate to Confirmation Page with details of his/her Registration No. on
successful completion of Registration process of the candidate, he/she will receive an email
with details of Candidate ID and Password.

Re opening of personal details: Browse by www.rajuvas.org and Login page will be opened,
enter the valid User-ID/Registration number & password (He/She received through Email ID
after the completion of Registration) and click on Login button, the Home Page of Rajasthan
University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Bikaner will be opened. If he/she enters
Invalid User-ID/registration no. & Password, validation message will show: “Incorrect
Credential”.
If he/she forgets the password then click to “Forget Password” link, Forget Password page
will be opened, which contains User-Id/Registration No. Date of Birth and New Password,
Candidate should fill all these details and click on “Change Password” to generate the new
Password.

After he/she clicks on Login button he/she will navigate at the Home Page as below:
Candidate can view the “About Us” (i.e. about University information). Candidate can
change the password by click on to “Change Password” link. Candidate can click on
“Personal Information” link to view the details and can change the details as his/her
requirement and click on Update button to update the details. After update of the Personal
information, click on “Next Step” to navigate the “Qualification Details”.
Step 2: Qualification Details
1. For Secondary Examination:
Enter board name: As given in the certificate of Secondary Examination.
Enter year: as given in the certificate of Secondary Examination.
Enter month: as given in the certificate of Secondary Examination.
Enter subjects: as given in the certificate of Secondary Examination.
Enter maximum marks: Total Marks secured in the Examination.
Enter marks obtained: Write marks obtained out of total marks of examination.
Enter Roll Number: Roll No. in Secondary Examination.
2. For 10+1Examination:
Select 10+1 Passed or Not: Yes / No
Enter Year: (Passing year not the admission year)
Enter Month: (Passing month i.e. Result declared month)

3. For Senior Secondary Examination (10+2) / Equivalent:
Select Passed or Appeared: If selected “Passed” then fill all the details (Board name, year,
month, roll number and subjectwise marks. If selected “Appeared” then fill all the details as
above except marks.
Enter Board Name: As given in the certificate of Senior Secondary Examination.
Enter Year: As given in the certificate of Senior Secondary Examination (Result declared year)
Enter Month: As given in the certificate of Senior Secondary Examination (Result declared
month)
Enter Roll number as mentioned in senior secondary examination.
Enter subject wise marks detail (Max. Marks of Theory including sessional, Obtained Marks
of Theory including sessional, Max. Marks of practical, Obtained Marks of practical, Total
Maximum Marks, Total Marks Obtained and Percentage etc.)
After filling of marks, system will automatically calculate and generate:
1. Total Max. Marks
2. Total Marks Obtained
3. Percentage After filling of all the qualification details click on “Submit” button.
Then click on “Next Step” button to navigate the “Photo/Signature Upload” page.
Click on “Previous Step” button to navigate the “Personal Information” page (Step
1), if required for any corrections.

Step 3: Photo/Signature Upload
1. Upload candidate’s photo: Passport size color photograph (Photo should be taken
on or after 01/04/2014 and must contain candidate name & photo date) Candidate
photograph should be 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm box.
2. Upload candidate’s signature: Signature image should be between 4.5 cm x 4.5 cm
box.
Note: Image size of photo & sign. should not be greater than 100 kb, each.
Click on “Upload” button to upload the photo/signature. Click on to “Next Step” button to
navigate the “Print Application” page and click on “Previous Step” button if necessary, to
navigate the “Qualification Details” page for any corrections.

Step 4: Print Application Details
Note: Verify application form details before final online submission. Once submitted the
application form he/she can’t update their information in the application form later on. So,
ensure that you have filled up the correct and complete information. Incomplete
application forms are liable to be rejected. No correspondence in this regards will be
entertained.
After completion of all details click on to “Print” link a “Registration Details Report” (In pdf
format) will be generated, which contains all the details of Personal information,
Qualification details, candidate’s photo and candidate’s signature, Payment Details etc.
This can be kept for personal record. For any future correspondence to this office,
registration number should always be quoted.
