Wall panels are not provided for the front of the stand facing the aisle nor to cover the stand as a ceiling. Header: Panel on the upper part of the front of the stand 30 cm (11.7 in.) high and 3 m (9.8 ft.) wide. The company name sign is affixed to the front of this panel and the Slim Line lamp is attached to the back of the panel. The headers will not be placed above the booths nor on the booths of exhibitors that submit a written request that no header be included on their booth. As you carry out your installation, please take care with the materials that have been provided to you by the Organizing Committee. Charges for any damages to these materials will be levied under the following guidelines: • Given the minimum carpet measurements required for an exposition, if a piece of carpeting is damaged, the party responsible will be charged the cost of the whole section of carpet. • For safety reasons, only work materials (tools) and refuse (cardboard boxes, packing materials, etc.) will be allowed to be removed from the exposition area. • Personnel carrying out the dismantling and removal of booths must wear a badge identifying them as Removal Personnel or Exhibitor. • Material transport vehicles should be parked in the waiting zone designated by the loading coordinators. • Exhibitor personnel will enter (without the transport vehicle) to dismantle the booth and pack up the materials, structure and equipment. • Once the booth is dismantled, the materials and equipment should be transported to one of the unloading doors at the time of the exhibitor's designated turn. At this time the exhibitor will request authorization from the coordinator for the transport vehicle to enter and load. • Once authorization is granted, all materials may be loaded into the vehicle which then must depart the loading area immediately. IMPORTANT: Transport to the loading door only the amount of material that your vehicle is able to remove in one trip. 8 BADGE REQUESTS GENERAL: • Badges: 3 for each 9m² • The exhibitor and installation personnel badges will be turned over to only ONE person, who should identify him or herself as a representative of the exhibiting company. • The Organizing Committee will prepare the badges in advance. The badges will be personalized, and as such we request that the exhibiting company send us the number of badges needed and the names of the individuals who will receive the badges. • THE COST FOR EXTRA BADGES WILL BE $180.00 MX PER BADGE, NO EXCEPTIONS • Please distribute the installation and exhibitor badges in a timely manner, including to part-time personnel (booth promoters, models, etc.) providers of outsourced services (Assembly and disassembly shall have the bracelets) • While the show is open to the public, at least one exhibitor representative should remain at the booth. Introduction into the event center of any dangerous materials or substances that are is not permitted. flammable, toxic, corrosive, explosive, biological or Infectious Any obstruction of fire fighting equipment or emergency exits is strictly prohibited. Smoking is permitted only in authorized areas (terrace plaza, escalator area) 12 The use of cutting or soldering equipment within the exposition area is prohibited. The use of fireworks is not permitted anywhere in the event center, nor is the use of any type of decorative materials involving flame (eg. candles, etc.). Any audio, video or lighting equipment attached to the structure of the event center must be attached by adequate fastening devices. 13 Booth installation or removal may not be carried out by any individual under the effects of alcohol or drugs. All two-floor booths must display a sign indicating the maximum occupation capacity in number of persons and kg/m² (lbs./ft²). This Indication must be backed by a structural calculation document signed by a competent authority. o For any installation of temporary flooring such as wood, tile or carpeting, only JANEL brand double-sided tape may be used. All tape must be removed by the exhibitor upon conclusion of the event. 14 Signage for evacuation routes, fire extinguishers and/or information may not be removed from the event center. Obstructing or otherwise tampering with loading and unloading areas is strictly prohibited. All individuals seeking to carry out installation work involving the event center structure must have prior authorization and use protective equipment. 15 Booths may not be constructed within the exposition area, they must be constructed prior to the show and may only be assembled in the exposition area. Paint may not be applied by spray, only by brush or roller. In the case of roller application, protective plastic sheeting must be used to cover 2 mts. around the painting zone. 16 Scaffolding and ladders must be used correctly, be in perfect condition and rest in a firm and stable manner upon the floor. Drilling holes in floors, columns or other structures belonging to the event center is not permitted, nor is the use of pallet trucks or carts in poor condition.
