Pop-up displays are accepted and require no back or side walls providing that they fully cover the
back of your display (8’ high x width of booth).

Your choices are:
-
You can use your own booth providing it complies with all other regulations ;
Rent wall panels from the Show decorator.

The exhibit hall has a concrete floor. To ensure your comfort and an acceptable level of presentation,
all exhibitors must provide floor covering of minimal quality.

- Rent a carpet from the Show decorator.
2.3 Booth height and configuration
Unless you obtain a written permission from Show Management to the contrary:
- Backwalls should be 8 feet high maximum:
- Side walls are up to you (8’ max.). We strongly suggest that the first 4 feet from the aisle are
lower to ensure a better visibility for the oncoming public.

The Montreal Fire Department requires that all objects, materials and textiles in all booths be nonflammable. Inspectors may require dismantling of booths that, in their opinion, fail to comply with these
standards. In doubt, please give us a call.

should be restricted to your booth area and no higher than 8 feet from the ground.

loss of his goods and for his public liability and civil responsibility throughout the duration of the event
($2 million minimum). You are strongly advised to refer the matter to your insurance broker so that the
proper arrangements are made in time for the Show.
