A tracking no. will be emailed to you upon parcel dispatch. It is the retailer’s responsibility to ensure that postage is charged on each order. (refer to the top of each wholesale product category for a guide on postage pricing). All our wholesale items are available on a dropshipping arrangement – products can be sent directly to the customer from us once payment has been received by the retailer. We are happy to include your business’ promotional information if requested. We do not charge any dropshipping fees (only our standard online postage rates).
