Caution Do not use this product for applications outside of the product specifications. ! Caution User-conducted alterations and modifications of the unit should not be performed as they may impair functioning or cause failure and accidents. ! Caution Avoid exposing the unit to direct sunlight, environments exceeding the specified temperature / humidity conditions, or condensation. ! Caution Do not use the unit in environments containing flammable gases or combustibles. ! Caution Do not subject the unit to strong vibrations or shocks. Do not give mechanical shock of IEC62262 (energy 1J or more) to the front panel. ! Caution Do not allow metallic debris, dust, or moisture to penetrate the unit. ! Caution Since there is no power switch in this machine, it will be in an operating state immediately after power supply impression. Equipment to be incorporated in the side of our customers, please be prepared to supply the switch and circuit breaker which adapted to IEC/EN60947-1 or IEC/EN60947-3 standard in the position that you can operate immediately in emergency. Moreover, please specify that they are interrupting devices. ! Caution Use the temperature rating 72 ℃ or more power cord. ! Caution Do not touch the terminal while operating. About a guaranteed period and a guaranteed area 1.Guaranteed period The period a product guarantees is 1 year from a delivered day. 2.Guaranteed area If we trouble by responsibility in whole guaranteed period, it's repaired without charge at our factory. But if a product conflicted in the following matter, it isn't a guarantee target. Please understand. ① Case of outside of the product specifications. ② Case of User-conducted alterations and modifications of the unit. ③ Case of besides our responsibility. ④ Case of safekeeping and transportation beyond the product specification condition. ⑤ Case due to natural disaster and accident. - 1 - 2.Introduction This product can operate and use the massflow controller with one. This product is integration of the power supply, the adjustment machine, and the display for MFC. A power supply and a necessary signal can be sent and received only by connecting this power supply with the D-SUB cable. The ±15V 200mA power supply of AC 100-240V input type was stored in DIN size 48 × 96mm. There were set machine, a valve open and close switch , and a display in the flont side, and it made it to an easy-to-use layout. NOTE The output of the signal of the VOR (valve open and close swith) of this power supply is a voltage impression method. It is not possible to use it with MFC of a point of contact terminal short method. Valve open or close signal is output by swiching the VOR switch of the flont. The open signal of +15V (Opiton +24V) is output on the open side.The close signal of -15V (Option PS common) is output on the close side. - 2 - 3.Specifications Item Display Digits Decimal point Over scale Sampling Display Accuracy Display value Input resistance Input About 1MΩ Mechanism dial (CMDSET) Mechanism dial with 10 turn function. Command setting Potentiometer (CMDSET) MFC can be set to an arbitrary flowing quantity value. (When it is finished to turn to the right, 5V are output.) OUT:Flowing quantity output value is displayed from MFC. Span adjustment (SPAN) 20 turn volume is turned from hole on front panel. The maximum display value can be set with in the range from 0-1999, to the 5V in the flowing quantity setting output voltage.(100 is displayed by 5V. in the shipment setting) NOTE: The span setting value of the command setting value and the flowing quantity setting value is the same. Decimal point display setting (DP) Dip switch is operated from hole on front panel. Cut the panel to insert the MFC power supply from the front. Panel cutout dimensions +0.8 45 -0 +0.5 92 -0 (mm) 2. Flange nut×2 Tighten with the flange nut (Two places) while suppressing it from the back with the mounting brackt. Maximum display value is arbitrarily set according to the flowing quantity value output voltage.(0-1999) (100 is displayed by 5V. in the shipment setting) ⑤ COMMAND Command switch. An external setpoint signal and the command settting signal are switched. ⑥ DISP Display switch. The display of set value and out value can be switched. ⑦ CMDSET Potentiometers for command adjustment. Flowing quantity setting signal can be fine-tuned by 10 turn function. - 5 - 6.Connecting terminal boards (Rear side) No. Function ① D-SUB 15pin For MFC connection. No. 1 2 Problem Display does not appear at all. Unusual LED lighting Checking point Solution →Is the power supply input normal? Is not the input code short-circuited? NO ↓ ↓ →Damege of internal parts. →Check the power-supply voltage and wiring with the tester, and tighten the screw of the terminal block again. →When a “-” is displayed. →Check the polarity of the signal line. →When a “000” is blinking display. →Check whether the input signal is too large. →have it serviced. →Have it serviced when it is generated many times. 3 Rate meter remains at “0” 4 Display disappears, and it is unstable. 5 Other Problem →Is the setting of the DISP switch correct? ↓ ↓ →Is the input signal normal? ↓ ↓ →Is the position of the COMMAND switch correct? ↓ ↓ NO →The influence of the spark noise generated from the electromagnetic switch, the solenoid, the valve, and the realy is thought. →Check whether to be set at the position where each switch is proper. →The set value is below the range of an effective display. →Check whether to be set at the position where each switch is proper. →Have it serviced →Keep away from the noise source. →Have it serviced - 9 - - 10 - MEMO - 11 - MEMO - 12 - UINICS CO.,LTD.
