Model M512 manual centrifuges
Essential equipment to solve your problems
The M512 design handles tough process
demands, heavy filtration applications
and liquid-solid separations in which the
specific gravity of suspended solids are
greater than that of the liquid.
The M512 has a highly efficient operation
proven to separate micron-sized solids
from a liquid medium to recover valuable
solids making it ideal for recycling industrial fluids.
Maximum processing flexibility is assured
with standard and customizable M512
design.
Bigger, Better Build
M512 manual-cleaning centrifuges are all
designed and engineered at actual operating speed before assembly and testing
of the complete system takes place.
Precision Engineering and
Manufacturing
Our state-of-the-art customizing facility uses
computer-aided systems and experienced
technical engineers to produce centrifuge
components with precise tolerances.

How it works
Process cycle
• Dirty liquid continuously feeds through the 1” NPT
inlet feed tube into spinning bowl; incoming liquid
travels under the feed cone into the bowl chamber
where four impeller blades accelerate and maintain
liquid at full rotational speed.
• Liquid travels upward through bowl. Particles heavier
than the liquid separate and move to perimeter depositing on the inside of the bowl liner, forming a dense
solids cake. The cake is relatively moisture free under
accelerated gravitational force.
• Clarified liquid exits through the bowl lid’s hole into an
enclosure and drains through the 3” outlet fitting.
How it works
Scrape cycle
• Machine is turned off to a stop and the hinged
enclosure cover is unlatched and opened. The bowl
lid is removed.
• The liner is removed from bowl bottom, and solids are
scraped. Operation resumes.
