Please find below a list of required forms as part of your participation in the U.S.
Pavilion. These Forms can be accessed by visiting the U.S. Pavilion Exhibitor Zone.
KW1 FORM – The Guide to U.S. Pavilion Exhibitors - Deadline: Aug 1
Mandatory for all exhibitors
Produced by Kallman Worldwide, this guide is a separate and distinct publication from
the show organizer’s catalog focusing on U.S. Companies participating in the U.S.
Pavilion at Land Forces 2014.
KW2 FORM - Turnkey Stand Identification - Deadline: Aug 1
Mandatory of turnkey exhibitors only
Completing this form will signify how your company name will appear on your fascia
and counter. This is a service included in your turnkey package. You will also have the
option to upgrade to a color logo for an additional fee.
KW3 FORM - Additional Stand Options - Deadline: Aug 1
(Optional for ordering Graphics, Furniture & Electric) Additional Stand items are
available to upgrade your already outfitted turnkey stand. In this form you will have
many options to upgrade your stand ranging from seamless graphics to extra trash

In an effort to ensure all exhibitors meet upcoming deadlines we are beginning the
registration process for indirect exhibitors today. If you are planning to have additional
companies within your stand (i.e. companies exhibiting within a state pavilion, or
companies sharing a booth), the Land Forces organizers require ALL exhibiting
companies to register with the show. Please be advised there is NO FEE associated
with the registration. This registration entitles your co-exhibitors to the following:
