Car parking and disabled parking Burton Joyce J26 The two bus based P&R sites (Queens Drive CL1 and Colwick Racecourse CL2) do not accommodate vehicles overnight. If you have a designated driver these sites are available until 9:20pm on weekdays and 8pm on Saturday for CL1 and until 7:12pm for CL2. Both buses stop and pick up on Maid Marian Way. If you’re travelling from further afield you may find that the East Midlands Parkway rail station is the most convenient option. The station is a 10 minute walk from the Castle or you could catch a tram to Old Market Square or the free Trent Barton centrelink bus from Broadmarsh Bus Station until 7pm, getting off on Maid Marian Way and walking for a couple of minutes left up Friar Lane.
