About CGG
The Centre for Good Governance (CGG) was established in October, 2001 by the
Government of Andhra Pradesh in collaboration with the Department for International Development (DFID), UK
to achieve the State’s goal of Transforming Governance. The Chief Minister of the Telangana State is Chairman
of Board of Governors of CGG and works with functional and financial independence. CGG undertakes action
research, provides professional advice and conducts change management programmes for various state governments,
government of India and international agencies. CGG works closely with policy-makers like Ministers, senior officials,
management experts, institutions and other stakeholders, especially citizens towards building people centric governance
practices in India.
Conference
CGG is delighted to organize an International Conference “Governance and
Service Delivery in Agriculture and Allied Sectors” to explore issues in agricultural governance and use of
knowledge, research results and innovation systems for agricultural and rural development.
Particular emphasis will be placed on interdisciplinary and applied research results
aiming at in-depth discussions about the challenges faced and solutions adopted with regard to the aspects of good
governance in small holder agriculture in BRICS, SAARC and developing countries.

Submission of Papers
It is encouraged to contribute to help shape the conference through paper submissions.
We invite high quality submissions of papers describing experiences and conceptual, constructive, empirical, experimental,
or theoretical work in all areas of Agricultural Governance and service delivery.
Registration
Indian Rupees 2,000/- per participant including entrance to the sessions, conference
material, printed compendium, accommodation, coffee break and lunch, local travel etc. If one of the author is PhD
student or research scholar, and if the paper is accepted, registration fee will not be charged.
Publication
All submissions will be peer reviewed by independent reviewers and the organising the
committee will publish a compendium which will be made available on the day of conference.
