NEWSLETTER – October,
2014
From the Dean:
Longtime board member Walter Baber retired this fall from St. Matthew RC Church in Edison and has decided
to “retire” from our chapter as well, as we’re quite a distance from his home in Jersey City. Walter has been a
member of our chapter for many years. He was the dean when I joined the chapter, and he welcomed me and
encouraged me to become a board member. Among other things, I will miss the humorous introductions to his
pieces at members’ recitals. We will miss you, Walter, and wish you fun with the Metro Chapter! Thank you for
your years of service to the Middlesex AGO!
Your dean, Emily Sensenbach-Gopal

to play the organ. The grant provides $500 toward organ lessons. In the past we have set a deadline for
applications, but this year we will be reviewing them on a rolling basis. For more information, contact OSG
