Digital Doc Franchisees are required to attend 2
weeks of training at our corporate office in
Owensboro, Kentucky and will receive an additional
1 week on-site training during their opening.

Technical training on all repair services, customer service functions, parts
ordering / inventory control process, store accounting, P&L, advanced repair
services, security systems training and vendor negotiations.

Business administration, personnel/hiring strategies, advertising and
marketing.
