RIASEC interest assessment can be used to identify students’
occupational interests and direct them to the appropriate
Career Pathway.

requirements to a sampling of occupations in each of the
six Pathways in Hawaii’s Career Pathway System. The
Handbook includes an introduction to Career Pathway
terminology and explains how/where Career Pathways may
be used and how they are developed.The RIASEC interest
inventory is also included in the Handbook.
