Master project, 9. and 10. semester:
worked with hydraulic brake control, comprising PWM (Pulse Width
Modulation) control of a solenoid pressure
reducing valve for regulation of the brake
pressure, and construction of hydraulic- and mechanical model mirroring the
drivetrain in a wind turbine. The models
were linearised for the use of linear
control theory.

I have run my personal company parallel to my studies and have rented my
self out to
different companies listed below:
· Mechanical design of waste water
treatment plants for Arla in Vimmerby
and Herlev Hospital. First including design of PI-Diagram, elevation
diagrams and arrangement drawings. Next mechanical designing the
system and drawing it using CATIA
3D CAT program.
Vestas Wind Systems A/S
· Working with PHM (Predictive Health
Monitoring) of the drive train, including qualifying sensors for Acoustic
Emission (AE) monitoring, Shock
pulse measurement (SPM) and Vibration monitoring.
Grundfos BioBooster
· Redesign of present mechanical
structure, including frame, piping system and valve system, using CATIA
3D CAT program. Besides this i acted
as assistant project manager, arranging and participating in meetings with
subcontractors and keeping track of
the time schedule, part list and cost
target.
