mySymfoni Project gives teams and project groups a space where they
can share, collect and structure information. Documents, tasks, goals,
meetings and project calendars are available to all the members of
the team. Everything can be accessed through the web, and you do
not have to send documents by e-mail, where the updating of versions
easily becomes a confusing and time consuming task.
mySymfoni Project supports all types of documents and you do not
have to install any new software on your computer. The solution is very
user-friendly, and everyone can use it without any type of training.
You can easily see the latest documents, the next meetings or project
deadlines. You can discuss documents and tasks with the other team
members, give comments, and share knowledge easily. Your membership profile says who you are and what projects you are working with.

Project supports all types of files. You
can link comments to the documents
and discuss topics with colleagues and
other team members.
You can mark important events, create
meetings and goals, in a project’s own
calendar. The calendar is shared by all
the members of the team and provides
a simple overview of the project’s development.

mySymfoni.com is a service which provides access to amongst
other things the project space, without having to install any
type of software on the computers in your organization.
Both your employees and external collaboration partners
can participate. As a customer, you only pay a fee for the
services per user. You avoid expensive investments like installing the service in your organization.
With one click you can create a task and
assign it to a team member. You can
choose to see all the created tasks, or
only your own. It is possible to create
status updates and mark tasks when
they are finished.
All members have their own profile where
they can conduct different maintenance
activities. Here you can also see which
project spaces they participate in and
what documents and comments the
individual participants have uploaded.
