500/1. Those who are Capable and want to participate in the above tender/Tenders are kindly
requested to purchase the tender document online through the e-Tendering portal at
www.tenderboard.gov.bh specified above starting on 13/10/2014.

3. Offers should be deposited in the tender box provided at Tendering submission office, 7th
Floor, Tender Board's at Al Moayeed Tower, before 1:30 pm.
4. Enclose with his offer the Initial Bond for the amount specified above or at the rate of 1% of
the tender value whichever amount is the lesser, provided that no initial bonds value shall be
less than BD. 100/-. The initial bond should be in the form of a Cash , Certified Cheque, Bank
Guarantee or Insurance Policy valid for the duration specified in the tender documents.
5. This tender should comply to the provisions of the General Tenders Regulations, no. (36) for
the year 2002, and it’s executive Regulations No. (37) for the year 2002.
6. In addition these conditions has to be considered:
a) Enclose copy of the Commercial Registration Bill, for the current year, and has to be
included/matched with the tender subjects.
b) Form no. TB 02 is to be filled completely, mentioning the Total Tender Value and Unit
Price (accordingly).
c) Enclose a certificate of compliance with the employment percentages for Bahraini
manpower issued by the Ministry of Labour.
d) All tender documents (Original / Copy) which has been submitted with the offers should
be signed and stamped with the companies' Stamp.
7. This advertisement is considered to be a supplementary to the tender Documents.

All tenders/Auction are in compliance with the government tendering & purchasing
regulations issued in Decrees Nos. 36 & 37 of 2002 and its executive regulations.
The following conditions should be complied with:
1- Enclose a copy of the Commercial Registration Certificate valid for the current year,
and related to the subject tender.
2- Submit the quotations on Form No. TB 02 - tender submission.
3- Enclose a copy of Certificate of Compliance with the Employment Percentage for
