ON-LINE REGISTRATION WILL “OPEN” AT 12:00 NOON ON NOVEMBER 23, 2014 ON-LINE REGISTRATION WILL “CLOSE” AT 11:59 P.M. Should the competition reach skater capacity (as defined by the available ice time) the Technical Representative in consultation with the Host committee shall instruct the Registrar to accept the COMPETITIVE and DEVELOPMENT entries in priority and withhold all other entries (in documented order of receipt) until the closing date. Under the direction of the Tech Rep, once a draft schedule has been completed additional entries shall be accepted until actual limits are reached. REFUNDS: Entry fees shall be refunded only if a category is not held or if the entry is withdrawn before the closing date NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER THE CLOSING DATE OF ENTRIES OF THE COMPETITION - SC Rule 7000 B 1.5(2)." When scheduling, every attempt will be made to avoid conflicts however back to back skates may be necessary. Should conflicts be unavoidable there will be no revisions made to the schedule. Triathlon skaters may be required because of scheduling limitations to skate more than 1 segment of their event on the same day. The Test application and applicable fees (Skate Canada fee and $10.00 administration fee) shall be completed ONLINE at the same time as registering in your categories. Entry deadlines also apply for tests.
