2015 CALENDAR
The young people of St Andrew's have
produced a calendar based on the theme of
Creation for 2015. The photographs featured
reflect creation in each of our 1% Appeal
countries: Palestine, India, Kenya and also
from Madagascar, the base of the Opt-In
medical charity. Copies of the calendar will be
available to view and orders taken each
Sunday in October in the car park entrance
after the service. The young people are
asking for a minimum donation of £8 to cover
the cost of printing; however you may give
more if you wish. All the profits will be divided
between the four charities mentioned. For
further information, contact the Sunday
morning youth team Chris Torrance, Helen
Lewis and Tina Wormley.

helper. If you have some free time on a
Wednesday evening and enjoy the fun of

REFORM – The monthly magazine of the
United Reformed Church
Read about the wide variety of fellowships
which make up the United Reformed Church.
Read articles on major issues which affect us
all as church members. There are reviews of
books and an opportunity to have your say on
the letters pages. It is not too serious: there
are light-hearted contributions, ideas for
holidays, often with a purpose, and
fascinating accounts of exciting things people
have done. Why not give Reform a try? You
can borrow a complimentary copy before
ordering. Orders and subscriptions for 2015
(£25 for the year) due now to Gillian Figures,
please. Cheques preferred, payable to St
Andrew’s Roundhay URC, by Saturday 1
November.
Notices for next week should reach
ANDREA VARNAVIDES (by hand or by
email at: [email protected]) by teatime on
Thursday. Please keep items brief and add
your name to the item. Thank you.
