Det er dog besluttet at lave en struktur omkring lærerens grundfaglighed, som sikrer, at der bliver et fagligt miljø omkring hvert kompetenceområde, således at gruppen får et netværk med en person fra hvert UC, som kan få informationer om gruppens arbejde og som gruppen kan sparre med. Altså en sparringsgruppe på 5 personer som supplement til de to, der findes i gruppen for hvert kompetenceområde.
