Pattern Formation: We are observing that prices on daily closing
basis are holding 7800 levels.
Outlook: The current price action on the daily chart suggests that as
long as Nifty holds 7800 level it has potential to test 7950 – 8000
levels in couple of days. On the downside, Nifty has support 7830 –
7780 levels.
Broadly, we are of the opinion that 8000 – 8050 is major resistance
for the market. Hence one need to be cautious as selling is likely to
emerge near those levels.
