Felonies over 7 years old will be considered on a case by case basis. Drug related felonies must be a minimum of 15 years old and will be reviewed on a case by case ba‐ sis. No felonies for drug sales ever. No violent felonies in the past 10 years.  No misdemeanor convic ons in the past 3 years, and no misdemeanor convic ons for a drug‐related  oﬀense in the past 7 years.  In the past 36 months, no ckets for cell phone use, improper lane change or following too close. No rear‐end accidents where YOU rear ended another vehicle in the past two years. No DUI's in the past 5 years, and only two DUI's in one's life me (the oldest one must be 15 years old). Must be at least 21 years old. There is no upper age limit. No suspensions more than 15 months in the past 36 months, and you must have held a driver’s license in the USA for at least 18 months out of the past three years. Must pass a D.O.T. physical, which includes tes ng of your vision, hearing, blood pressure, and sugar levels.
