Safety tips!
• Adults must monitor, supervise and guide the product activities of all age levels.
• Always use the buddy system; never sell alone.
• Girl Scout Daisies, Brownies, and Juniors must always be accompanied by an adult.
• Girl Scout Cadettes, Seniors and Ambassadors must be supervised by an adult.
• Only sell in familiar areas of your neighborhood.
• Never carry large amounts of cash with you. Girl Scout Daisies should let
adults accept all money.
• Never enter someone’s home while you are selling.
• Never sell to people in cars or in other areas away from public access.
• Only Internet sales permitted are via Ashdon Farms and QSP online link.
• Customers will pay through the online system with credit card.
• Girls can use e-mails to let family and friends know about the activity and to
“market” the products.

• From the homepage at ashdonfarmsnute.com, anyone can access the Mini
site with girl activities, clip art, goal posters, nutritional info, etc. without a
login and password.
• After logging in for troop access, specific instructions can be found on reports tab (Troop manual). Screen shots are available for each of the tabs.
• Make sure under the Troop tab, all information is entered and complete.
• Enter all girl names, then by deadline dates, enter all nut and candy orders
and QSP and to remember this™ amounts (# of orders and dollar amounts)
in the system to credit sales to girls.
• Under the emails, enter 1 if 12 or more emails were sent to credit girl for the
patch.
• Under Reach Out book, enter 1 if 5 or more coupons are turned in to credit
girl for the patch and the Kentuckiana Credits. One booklet credit per girl.
• For additional orders, council will enter the new product under the Troop
Special line. Troops can transfer the product to the proper girl for credit for
rewards.
• At end of program, check each girl’s rewards choices.

Project Thank You
Show appreciation by giving the gift of reading or a can of
nuts. A $5 gift will support Project Thank You and provide a variety

nuts and/or “Thank You” vouchers. All “Thank You” orders and

Have girls bring in their Reach Out booklets and mark the states where the coupons are being
sent.
Complete at least 3 of the activities listed to earn the Address Adventure Patch. You MUST
