The Comfort Inn in Times Square will be our home for 3 nights with breakfast included each morning. Two Broadway shows included and plenty
of time to take in other shows on your own. You’ll have two days of free time to scoot off to Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty, shop, museum
hop, or hop on one of the citys’ famous double decker buses for an interesting, informative tour of the city. Limited space for this trip, call early!!
Round trip motor coach transportation to and from New York City, but the bus will drop our group at the hotel on the 13th and pick us up for
the return trip on the 16th. Prepare to walk, take a taxi or limo, or ride the subway once you are in the city. Price includes: Motor coach transportation, 3 breakfasts, 2 Broadway shows, and lodging. A deposit of $200 per person is required to confirm reservation.
July 11 – 13, 2014: Baseball Tour/2 Stadiums, 3 Days/2 Nights

This baseball excursion is a little closer to home, a bit more relaxed, but promises to be a highlight of the summer. First game: Chicago White Sox
vs. Cleveland Indians. We will be in Club Seats at Progessive Stadium in Cleveland with all-inclusive food and non-alchoholic beverage privileges.
Directly behind our Club seating (above the first base line) you’ll find all the food and unlimited sodas you can handle, through the 7th inning. And
it’s all included! Lodging is right across the street at the Hilton Gardens, so come and go on your own schedule. Next day we drive on to Cincinnati
for Game two: Pittsburgh Pirates v. Cincinnati Reds. Who isn’t a Reds or Pirates fan? We will be staying at a Hampton Inn, just across the river in
Kentucky. Seats will be above the third base line. Price includes: Motor coach transportation, lodging, breakfast at our hotel each morning, game
tickets and included food at Cleveland Stadium. Deposit of $200 per person to confirm reservation.
August 9 – 16, 2014: Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard, Nantucket & Boston Pops

This was such a great trip last year that we decided to offer it again in our 2014 schedule! This year we will include a day on Nantucket instead of a
visit to Boston. – The highlight of the summer in Hyannis is the annual Pops By the Sea Concert. The Arts Foundation of Cape Cod welcomes one
of the nation’s finest and best-loved musical ensembles – Boston Pops Esplanade Orchestra. Our group will be attending this wonderful outdoor
performance on the first night we arrive in Hyannis. Our lodging for 5 nights will be at the Cape Codder Resort – a beautiful resort with so many
amenities that you’ll want to book a stay for yourself! We will be using a local guide for our entire stay on the Cape. During our tour we will travel
to the far end of the Cape to Provincetown for a whale watching excursion, and we’ll take time to explore America’s Hometown – Plymouth.
We round out our fabulous journey with a day on Nantucket, a day on Martha’s Vineyard and touring of Hyannis and points all around. This
Cape Cod adventure has so much included it will be one of your best memories of 2014. Travel to and from Hyannis will involve an overnight

Bristol is back on our schedule this year for one of the hottest races of the season. We will be staying in Wytheville, VA at The Fairfield Inn, a
Marriott property, and attending the Saturday night race at Bristol. Sign up fast for this trip as tickets are limited. Price includes: Motor coach

in Berlin before heading to the Amish Door Village and Hotel in Wilmot, OH. 34 West Theatre company has been wowing audiences for
years in this area and we will see their production of “A Swingin’ Christmas” staged at the hotel’s conference center area with dinner included.
Breakfast is included the next morning before departure. Price includes: Motor coach transportation, 1 night lodging, show, 1 dinner, 1

We reserve the right to modify our trip itineraries, if unforeseen situations should arise. If you are registered for one of our
tours, you will be notified of any changes made to your scheduled excursion.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
When we receive your initial deposit, your reservation will be considered “booked,” and hotel, motor coach, show tickets and special admissions arrangements will be made for you.
Many of these services are considered non-refundable. In the event a reservation is cancelled after the initial deposit is received, the cancelling party will be financially responsible for any
non-refundable expenses incurred in booking their arrangements. Upon cancellation, WesBanco will refund payments whenever possible. If a replacement passenger is provided by the
cancelling party, or another reservation is accepted following the cancellation, a full refund will be provided. In the event a trip is cancelled by WesBanco due to insufficient reservations, or
other extenuating circumstances, a full refund will be made.
Please Note: A minimum number of participants is required to operate tours. Registrants will receive confirmation by mail along with additional information regarding our travel
program. Itineraries with departure times and pick up locations will be mailed 2 weeks prior to each tour. Tours are escorted by Teresa Curtis, Events, Inc. and Jenny Kimpel, Group Travel
