Kun muutat ja sanot hyvästi nykyiselle opiskelijakodillesi, sanot samalla myös tervetuloa uudelle asukkaalle.
Ihan niin kuin sinäkin, hän varmasti haluaa muuttaa
siistiin ja siivottuun asuntoon. Niinpä toivomme, että
näet hieman vaivaa muuttosiivouksen kanssa. Se on
suorastaan velvollisuutesi.

When you move out and say goodbye to your present
student home that means welcome to a new tenant. Just
like you, the new tenant surely wishes to move into an
apartment which is tidy and has been properly cleaned.
So please, put a little heart into the final cleaning. In
fact, it is your duty.

Poismuuton yhteydessä on hyvä muistaa tiettyjä asioita:
Avaimet
Vuokrasopimuksen päättyessä avaimet täytyy
palauttaa asuntotoimistoon viimeistään
kuukauden viimeisenä päivänä klo 14
mennessä. Mikäli kuukauden viimeinen päivä
on pyhäpäivä, avaimet tulee palauttaa
seuraavana arkipäivänä klo 12 mennessä. Jos
muutat pois ennen kuunvaihdetta, ilmoita
muuttopäivä asuntotoimistoon. Avaimet pyydetään palauttamaan asuntotoimistoon mahdollisimman pian.
Jos luovutat avaimet suoraan uudelle asukkaalle, on sinun velvollisuutesi huolehtia, että
huoneistotarkastus ja siivoustarkastus tehdään
ennen avainten vaihtoa. Ilmoita tällöin myös
huoneistotarkastajalle tekstiviestillä asunnon
osoite ja avainten luovutuspäivämäärä.

Muuttosiivous
Huoneisto tulee luovuttaa siivottuna. Kimppa- /
soluasunnon yhteisistä tiloista ovat kaikki
asukkaat vastuussa. Huolehdi siis huoneesi
sekä yhteisten tilojen siivouksesta (wc ja keittiö). Siivoamaton/puutteellisesti siivottu asunto
aiheuttaa vakuusmaksupidätyksen.

puhdista tahrat seinistä ja väliovista,
valokatkaisijoista
pyyhi kaapit sisä- ja ulkopuolelta
sekä kaikki pöytäpinnat
sulata ja pese jääkaappi sekä
pakastin
pese hella ja uuni sekä lieden tausta
puhdista liesituulettimen
rasvasuodatin, sekä
korvausilmaventtiilit ja poistoilmaventtiilit
pese wc:n/kylpyhuoneen lattia,
seinät, suihkuseinä, lavuaarit ja wcpönttö sekä puhdista lattiakaivo
vie roskat, pahvilaatikot, purkit ym.

Varaston tyhjennys ja nimet
Muista tyhjentää myös huoneistovarasto sekä
poista nimi ovesta ja postilaatikosta.
Huoneistotarkastus
Tarkastus tehdään irtisanomiskuukauden 15.
pv:n jälkeen ilman erillistä yhteydenottoa.
Jos haluat olla paikalla huoneistotarkastuksen
aikana, sovi aika kiinteistönhoitajan kanssa.
Mikäli et ole paikalla sovittuna tarkastus ajankohtana, huoneisto tarkastetaan yleisavainta
käyttäen.
Vakuusmaksun palautus
Kun huoneisto on kunnossa, vuokrat
maksettu ja avaimet palautettu
asuntotoimistoon, vakuus palautuu
ilmoittamallesi tilille vuokrasopimuksen
päättymistä seuraavan kuun loppuun mennessä. Mikäli siivous jää puutteelliseksi, joudumme pidättämään siivouskustannukset vakuudestasi.

If you are not present, the apartment will be
checked and the janitor will use the
maintenance key.
When moving out it is good to remember a
few things.
The phone numbers of the janitors:
Keys
When the tenancy agreement ends you must
return your keys to PSOAS accommodation
office no later than 14 o’clock pm. the last
day of the month. If the last day of the month
is holiday the keys must be returned on the
following working day by 12 o’clock. If you
move out before the end of the month, inform
the accommodation office of the moving
date. Please, return the keys as soon as
possible.
If you give the keys directly to the new tenant, it is your responsibility to see to that the
inspection of the apartment and cleaning has
been done before you hand over the keys. In
this case also send a text message to the
janitor with the apartment address and date.
Final cleaning
The apartment must be cleaned properly. If
you live in a shared apartment you have to
clean your own room and the shared rooms.
Note, that all tenants living in a shared
apartment are jointly responsible for cleaning
the shared rooms (kitchen and bathroom). If
the apartment is not properly cleaned, the
cleaning costs will be deducted from your
deposit.
Storage room and names
Please remember to empty your storage room
and remove your name from the door and the
mailbox.
Inspection of the apartment
Your apartment will be checked anyway after
the 15th of the month. If you want to be
present when your apartment is being
checked, please call the janitor and agree on a
checking time.

vacuum clean and wash the floors
wipe off stains from doors, walls and
light switches
dust the cupboards from in- and outside as well as from all tables
defrost and clean the fridge and freezer
clean the stove, the oven and the back
of the stove
clean the grease filter of the hood, the
vents of fresh air and outgoing air
clean the floor of the bathroom, the
walls, the washbasin, the toilet seat and
the floor drain
take the garbage, cardboard cases, bottles etc. to the waste disposal point
Refunding of the deposit
When the apartment is in a good condition, all
rents are paid and the keys are returned to the
accommodation office the deposit will be
refunded to your bank account within a month
of the expiration of the tenancy agreement. If
the cleaning is not properly done we have to
deduct cleaning expenses from the deposit.
