TARGET THE SENIOR CARE
PHARMACY MARKET
This is the only event designed specifically for

geriatric population.
For health care marketers, senior care is the
most dynamic market segment today and it will
continue to be for decades to come.
The Facts:
• Today, seniors account for about 34%
of all prescriptions dispensed. By
2020, seniors will consume 49% of
prescriptions.
• The number of people older than 65 will
increase 75% in the next two decades.
• On average, individuals 65 years of
age and older take 800 million scripts
annually today – and will take more than
1.1 billion by 2020.
THE ASCP ANNUAL AND SPRING MEETINGS
HAVE BEEN COMBINED
In 2014, the Spring Meeting will be combined
with the Annual Meeting to allow ASCP to focus
its resources on the production of one meeting
that meets the needs of the entire consultant
pharmacist’s community. As a result total
attendance is expected to increase by 20%.
