Registration must be postmarked on or before September 25 to guarantee lunch and notes.
Notes are included for teachers (member and non-member) only. Assistants may order
notes for $10.00. Lunch is available with early registration only.
Members in attendance, who wish to receive a DVD of the day’s work, may order one but
must pay a $15.00 shipping and handling fee.
Assistants 21and over must register as a non-member.
Lunch is not included for members bringing 10+ students, life members, participants attending through work hours, observers, and guests. Lunches (extra lunches) may be purchased
for $16.00 each.
Additional registrations received after the deadline will be processed as new and
separate registrations and may not be added to previous registrations.
DMW encourages observers to order badges with registration (please include names).
Badges may also be purchased at the workshop. Observers must attend orientation to receive badges.
DMW reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the schedule.

right for I-94 East toward Milwaukee/Chicago, keep
straight onto I-30 East I-90 South and follow directions

From West take I-90 East, at exit 92 take ramp right for US
-12 toward Baraboo, pass through 3 roundabouts remaining
on US-12, keep straight onto US-12 East/US-14/W Beltline

John Q Hammons.
The Dance Masters of Wisconsin, Inc. (DMW) and the host venue

events. By registering for the Dance Masters of Wisconsin, Inc.
workshop, participants (i.e. dancers, studio owners, faculty, etc.)
give their permission to DMW to use their photographs, videos,
and/or likeness in any DMW promotional efforts without compensation. It is understood that DMW Workshop policies will be

FACULTY BIOS
LYN CRAMER is an Endowed Professor in the Weitzenhoffer School of Musical Theatre at the University of Oklahoma. Lyn has been a
teacher, director, and choreographer for over 35 years. In addition to being at the helm of numerous OU productions, Cramer has directed and
choreographed dozens of shows for Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma, Casa Manana in Ft. Worth, Texas, Music Theatre of Wichita, Oklahoma City
Repertory Theatre and The Broadway Rose in Portland, Oregon. She will write, direct, and choreograph The Christmas Show for The Oklahoma
City Philharmonic Orchestra, now in its 11th year. Cramer’s professional acting career began in 1982 and she is a member of Actors Equity
Association and The Stage Directors and Choreographers Society. Lyn received The Irene and Julian J. Rothbaum Presidential Professor of
Excellence in the Arts Award from the Weitzenhoffer Family College of Fine Arts at OU and the Artistic Achievement Award from Chicago
National Association of Dance Masters. Lyn’s students grace the Broadway Stage, perform throughout Europe, work on Disney cruise lines, and
in regional theatres throughout the country. Featured on Cathy Roe’s instructional tap and jazz videos, she is a master teacher throughout the
United States, publishing curriculums in jazz and tap pedagogy. Lyn has served as an adjudicator and master teacher in musical theatre dance at
the Hong Kong Academy for the Performing Arts. Her first book, Creating Musical Theatre: Conversations with Broadway Directors and
Choreographers, has just been published.
ANTHONY FOSTER has a background in gymnastics and breakdancing. He was led to challenge himself by studying more classical forms of
dance at Moves Studio in Aurora, IL. From Moves, Anthony studied at the School of Ballet Chicago, Gus Giordano Dance Chicago, and Barat
College Conservatory of Dance. Anthony is well versed by his training in all forms of dance including ballet, jazz, funk, street dance, the four
elements of hip hop culture. An IL High School State Gymnastics title, performances with the premier season of "SYTYCD", Chicago's
NoMi LaMad and Elements Contemporary Ballet round out his credits along with founding and executive directing Soleunique Youth Dance
Company.
VICTORIA BUNCH is originally from Missouri. She trained at Chicago’s Columbia College and is a member of NoMi LaMad Company
based in Chicago. Victoria danced in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and toured Europe and Holland with American Cruise
Lines as their dance captain. Victoria currently is on faculty at Moves Studio in Aurora, Il and is the company director and choreographer for
Soleunique Youth Dance Company.

All attendees are required to follow DMW policies. Anyone not complying will be asked to leave.

If you need to use your cell phone,
please use it outside the dance
rooms during breaks. Cell phones
need to be out-of-sight and turned
off or in silent mode and may not
be used in the dance rooms.
Only registered members may
videotape. Please check at the registration desk for names of faculty
granting permission to tape. Tapings may be used for educational
purposes only.
Due to choreographic and copyright
infringements, parents (or others)
are NOT allowed to video tape even
if it is just of their individual child.
OBSERVER POLICY
Observers must be non-dance
affiliated.
ALL observers will pay the required
fees unless specifically excused by the
constitution.
Observers are only allowed in student
dance rooms.
ABSOLUTELY NO OBSERVERS
ALLOWED IN THE TEACHER’S
ROOM even when senior students are
participating in that room.
AN OBSERVER FEE MUST BE
PAID BY ALL OBSERVERS AGE 9
AND OVER.
ROOM
DESIGNATION
Students may only participate
in the room for which they are
registered.
Students may NOT visit and/or
participate in other classrooms.
Teachers and assistants may
visit other classrooms, BUT
MAY NOT DANCE IN
THOSE ROOMS.
DRESS CODE
ALL DANCERS must wear a leotard and tights.
No bare midriffs, street clothes, or
bulky clothing which conceal body
lines.
Secure ALL hair off face and neck.
Dance shoes, appropriate to dance
discipline, are required.
A cover-up is required when leaving
the dance area.
