If a dog is entered in more than one class in the show, the Event Service Fee is to be collected on each entry of each dog. ENTRY FEES will not be refunded in the event a dog is absent, disqualified, excused, or barred from competition. If because of riots, civil disturbances, or other acts beyond the control of the management it is impossible to complete the trial, no refunds will be made. TRIAL HOURS are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Dogs may arrive any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. Consult Judging Program. Exhibitor is responsible for having his dog at ringside when its class is to be judged. JUDGES ARE NOT REQUIRED TO WAIT FOR DOGS. Dogs not required for further judging will be excused. SPACE LIMITED - there will be space for crating dogs. All exhibitors are requested to have their dogs under control at all times. Please conserve space. ALL DOGS must be held on leash or confined to their crate except when being judged. There will be no space provided for unentered dogs as specified in Chapter 11, Section 11 of Rules Applying to Registration and Dog Shows. Exhibitors are requested to use only DESIGNATED EXERCISE AREAS and help to keep the trial grounds clean. A REFUND of $20 will be given to the owner of a bitch which comes into season after the closing date, provided a signed note from a veterinarian is presented to the Trial Secretary before the start of the Trial.
