Setting up Mail Fetcher on Gmail This document aims to guide you through the process of setting up Mail Fetcher for your Gmail account. How to set up Mail Fetcher: 1. 2. 3. 4. Click the gear in the top right. Select Settings. Open the Accounts tab. In the Check mail from other accounts (using POP3) section, click Add a POP3 mail account you own. 5. Enter the full email address of the account you'd like to access, then click Next Step. 6. Enter your full email address (e.g. [email protected]) in the username box and enter your password. 7. Select the “always use SSL” option and change the port to 995 8. You may choose whether to leave a copy on the Kerio system, this is optional. 9. Click Add Account. 10.Once your account has been added successfully, you'll have the option of setting it as a custom From address. This allows you to compose messages in Gmail, but have them appear to be sent from your other email account. Click Yes to set up a custom From address and follow the onscreen instructions. Disable Mail Fetcher You can disable Mail Fetcher by following these steps: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Click the gear in the top right. Select Settings. Open the Accounts tab. Find the Check mail from other accounts (using POP3) section.
