The Oconee County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to host the
our Annual Fall Festival. Please read this application carefully and
fill out all areas. We ask that you return all pertinent pages of the
application, you may want to make a copy for your records.
Festival hours are 9:00am—5:00pm.

Craft & Specialty Items - Exhibitor Requirements:
 Items being sold must be original work and 75% handmade by the applicant. Applicant is required to be present
in booth.
 Buy and sell items or products made from a kit are strictly prohibited. If you have these items, you will be asked to
remove them from your booth.
 All articles & displays must be in good taste with no reference to race, ethnic group, gender, sexual, or religious
prejudice. No obscene items will be allowed.
 Only items listed on the application are to be offered for sale.
 Include with this application, 4 - 4 x 6 pictures of your work. One should show you making your product and one
should show your display. The other two will show the items you will sale.
 We still require pictures even if you have previously attended. Photos cannot be returned.
 You must provide your own tent, table, trashcan and chairs.
Booth Space Assignment:
Booth spaces for the 2014 festival will be chosen on a seniority basis. Space will be assigned by the Fall Festival
committee in the following order:
 Previous exhibitors from the 2013 festival whose applications are postmarked by May 1, 2014, will have the
choice to either keep the same booth they occupied during the 2013 festival, or change their booth space, but
they must still abide by the seniority system rules and the deadline of May 1, 2014 in order to do either.
 All other eligible applicants (whether they be exhibitors from a past festival or a new exhibitor) will be classified
as a new applicant, and will be assigned booths on a space remaining basis after May 1, 2014, in the order
their applications are received.

 Once you have been accepted, you will get an email notification (if email address is provided on application) from
us. If you do not have an email address, we will notify you by a phone call.
If you wish to change your booth space, we will use the guidelines stated above.
Booth Space Information:
 Booth spaces are 12 x 12. Vendors must provide their own tent, tables and trashcan.
 Please bring tent weights (not anchors); tents without weights must be removed if weather dictates.
 No objects (including trailer tongues) should extend out of the 12 x 12 area, additional booth spaces must be
purchased if your items are larger than the area specified above. NO EXCEPTIONS.
General Rules and Regulations for All Vendors:
 No refunds will be given once your application has been accepted. If your application is declined by the Fall
Festival Committee you will receive a complete refund.
 Festival will be held rain or shine, no cancellation. Booths are not allowed to be taken down early because of
rain. Each exhibitor will be responsible for their own protective covering.
 Pets are not allowed in the Festival area at any time. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please plan accordingly.
 Craft and Food booths may not be combined.
 We are a smoke-free festival. No smoking in booths or festival area.

This year we will be celebrating our 40th Anniversary!
Each exhibitor will receive one T-shirt per paid booth space commemorating this years festival.
If you would like to purchase extra shirts, they are $10 each. Be sure to list this below.

Electrical Requirements:





Electrical space is limited, not all booths have electricity available.
Electrical booths are provided on a first come, first serve basis.
You will need to provide your own heavy duty 3 prong 100 -150 ft. extension cord for 120 volt power per plug in.
Electrical plugs can be purchased at $10 per plug, limited to 2 plugs per booth space
No generators allowed.

Advertising:
 Vendors will receive a listing in our Fall Festival brochure, applications must be received in our office by
September 1, 2014 to be included. We distribute 22,000 of these county-wide, as well as surrounding counties.
 Posters advertising the festival are put up in local businesses.
 Festival ads are placed with local newspapers and magazines.
 Banners advertising the festival are placed around the county.
I have completely read and understand the rules and regulations set forth in the application for vendor space in
the Oconee Chamber 2014 Fall Festival (Since 1974). I also agree to adhere to the rules and regulations with the
understanding that my failure to do so will forfeit my right to exhibit.
I further understand that there will be no refunds or roll-over fees issued after my application is approved.

Directions to the Festival site:
Use address 21 N. Main Street, Watkinsville, Ga 30677; for your GPS system.
From I-20: Take 441 North, at Watkinsville, take business 441 into downtown. The festival site will be on the
right at 3rd Street.
From Atlanta area: Take I-85 North to GA Hwy. 316. Travel approximately 28 miles to GA Hwy. 53. Turn
right on GA Hwy. 53 and travel for 14 miles. Turn right onto Experiment Station Road (at Publix/RiteAid) and
go approximately 2 miles until the road intersects Main Street. Turn right on Main Street. Festival site is on the
left at 3rd Street.
From Macon: Take U.S. Hwy. 129 North toward Eatonton. Turn left onto U.S. 29 toward Madison. Cross I-20
and turn right onto U.S. 129/441 North toward Watkinsville. Follow U.S. 129/441 for 22 miles. At Thomas’ Orchards, turn right onto South Main Street. Go Approximately 2 miles. The festival entrance will be on 3rd St on
the Right.
