STOP THE HORROR of the flipper!
Until now single-tooth flippers may have been the only relatively accessible way
to provide patient’s with a space maintainer in cases were bone and/or tissue
healing is occurring, but the fact is that patient’s don’t like them. They are often
ill-fitting and uncomfortable, and because they’re removable patients don’t wear
them regularly or at all, resulting in a compromised case due to tooth shifting.
The Fast Splint Matrix® system uses an innovative and easy technique to quickly
fabricate a fiber reinforced single tooth space maintainer/flipper (either on a
model or directly in-mouth) that is bonded in place, resulting in a comfortable
solution for the patient and one that comes out when the dentists decides rather
than the patient.

CST® - CABLE STAYED TECHNOLOGY: Dental Fibers in Action
When it comes to immediately loaded solutions for
edentulous arches in “ALL ON” type cases patient
expectations for success are sky high and tolerance for
denture breakage issues during the primary healing
phase is very low. Breakage issues during Stage One
lead to loss of patient confidence and frustration for all
parties involved: patient, dentist and lab tech.
CST® fibers provide an outstanding alternative for
reinforcing the transitional or Stage One denture in
immediate load “ALL ON” type cases, significantly
reducing the probability of breakage and extending the
service life of the denture before proceeding to the
next phase in treatment. CST® fibers can be incorporated into the denture in several ways depending on
the treatment approach. One method, as show below,
involves winding CST® fiber around the implant
cylinders, and other approaches are possible. For more
information speak to one of our technical specialists.

What dental labs are saying about
FiBER FORCE®:
“It was about time that a company finds an
excellent solution for an aging method of
reinforcing dentures and dental structures.
FiBER FORCE® doesn’t only offer an easier,
faster, more efficient and esthetic method, it
also offers unlimited ways to use it in conventional dentures and even implants. Thank you
SYNCA and please keep me posted for any
new technology.”
Riad Monayar
Ariadent Dental Laboratory
FiBER FORCE® is ideal for reinforcing full and partial
acrylic denture bases, implant over dentures, and
for repairing existing dentures.
FiBER FORCE®:
• Adds no weight or thickness
• Is virtually invisible when processed in acrylic
• Provides a level of reinforcement similar to a metal casting
• Eliminate the hassles associated with broken and
damaged dentures
FiBER FORCE® is easy and affordable to integrate into
your services with a complete Starter Kit for only $538.
Visit www.fiberforcedental.com/ff or call us to speak
with a technical specialist about your specific needs.
“I have found FiBER FORCE ® to be the
easiest, most esthetic and effective way to
reinforce high impact acrylics I use in the
everyday fabrication of removable prosthetics,
which demand a high degree of flexural
strength.”
Thomas Zaleske AS
Matrix Dental Laboratory and Consulting
“We use FiBER FORCE® as a support structure inside the denture bases of all or implant
over dentures. It is stronger than similarly
designed metal structures and it is virtually
invisible. Our denture bases can be made to
a more natural contour because FiBER
FORCE ® doesn't need to be thick and bulky
to be strong. We also use FiBER FORCE® and
Fast Splint to strengthen our temporary crown
and bridge prosthesis for all the same reasons.
The uses for FiBER FORCE® are only limited
by your imagination.”

Create COMPOSITE BEAUTY on Implant Frameworks!
The use of composite offers important advantages for
implant supported prosthesis in place of porcelain or
acrylic and denture teeth. Composites are easier to work
with than porcelain, kinder to opposing dentition, and
completely repairable both in and out of the mouth.
They can be built up to cast alloy, titanium, and zirconia,
making them extremely versatile. And today’s modern
composites can be as esthetic as porcelain. At the same
time composites offer a more durable and esthetic alternative to traditional acrylic and denture teeth solutions.

The TENDER system from Micerium S.p.A. is a complete
method for quickly and predictably pressing composite
onto implant frameworks using a simple flasking system.
TENDER system packages can be custom tailored to
your specific needs, controlling the cost of integrating
the system into use in your lab.
Any system purchase also includes a complete one-on-one web based training program with one
of our technical specialists. Contact us for more information about the TENDER system!
Realistic and Vital Pink Reproduction Made Easy!
Creating natural looking pink tissues is highly technically demanding when doing so
with porcelain and results are often less than desirable. The use of composites to
create gingival tissues is much easier to learn and provides the dental technician with
far greater control over the final result.
The TENDER PINK system from Micerium is a simple, affordable option for the use of
pink light cure composites. With only four composite shades and three light cure
stains you can accurately and esthetically recreate missing gingival tissues.
TENDER PINK kit:
• 4 - 2.5gm syringes TENDER PINK (Shade: Orange, Light, Dark, Transparent)
• 1 - 1gm TENDER PINK paste opaque
• 3 - 3gm ENA TENDER stain (Shade: Red, Blue, White)
