This will be fixed in a future firmware release for these new cameras. For Rialto, the image received by the appliance must be already rotated. Customers with a Rialto device upgrading from ACC 5.2.2 must re-connect their Rialto device and reconfigure analytics events and rules to ensure proper functionality. By design, new analytic privileges are disabled by default for all users except the default administrator account and group. Customers should explicitly enable the new permissions where appropriate. Connecting an analytics device simultaneously to both ACC 5.2 and ACC 5.4 causes it to reset continuously, and is not supported. Associating an RTSP stream to the Rialto in ACC appears to work but does not complete the operation properly. The workaround is to use View to enter the proper RTSP link in the Rialto. When multiple map editing tabs are open, only the first “save” operation from one of these windows is properly executed. The workaround is to edit a map in only one tab at a time.
