Freshmen Admissions Response Form - Spring 2015 To accept Queensborough Community College’s (QCC) offer of admission, please sign and return this Admissions Response Form along with your $100.00 commitment deposit to the QCC Admissions Office as soon as possible but no later than December 1st 2014. Your commitment deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, and is applied toward your tuition when you enroll at QCC (It is not an additional fee.) When you submit your Admissions Response Form and commitment deposit you: Indicate your intention to enroll at QCC Allow QCC to schedule you for important advisement and registration appointments. Waiver of Deposit: Students who have an Estimated Family Contribution (EFC) of 3000 or less are waived from paying the $100.00 deposit. Please submit an electronic print-out of your Student Aid Report (SAR) for the 2014-2015 FASFA along with this Admissions Response Form. To access your SAR, go to the FAFSA website, http://www.fafsa.ed.gov The sooner you file your FAFSA, the faster you will find out if you are waived. Military/Eligible Dependents/Veterans are also waived from paying the $100.00 deposit. Please submit one of the following as proof of your eligible status: A copy of your DD 214 OR A copy of your Military ID. You will not be able to register if you have not submitted your proof of immunizations.
