Pirunvuori mountain is known for its
magnificent view from 151 metres
above sea level, as well as the Pirunluola cave underneath. The cave formation with its jagged rocks is where
they say the devil itself used to dwell.
The old folk remembers how people
used to visit the mouth of the cave
to ask for advice from the devil; they
couldn’t wait too long for the answer,
though, or the devil would send a
raging storm over their heads! The
caves have been studied plenty, but
although there’s no knowing where it
might take you, it’s safest to admire it
