Please come for prayer in confidence whatever the problem, for encouragement or to give thanks for something. We have a hearing loop available in the church and we invite hearing impaired people to sit on the left hand side of the church (as you face the front), ideally near to the sound desk and baptism font (within the loop) and switch their aids to the T setting in order to gain the benefit of this facility. We do not take a collection at our 10.45am services.. If you would like to give an offering towards the continuing work of the church here, please place it in the plates at the back of church, give it to one of the welcomers or pick up a standing order form. 'Matters of Life and Death' Conference Saturday 8th November 10am to 3.30pm for all involved or interested in pastoral care. Hosted by St Paul's Howell Hill the key speaker for the event is Professor John Wyatt, formerly Professor of Ethics and Perinatology at University College London. Christmas Day Lunch – 2014 This year Hilary Owen and Jo Long are organising the Christmas Day Lunch at Haslewey Community Centre for local people of any age who would otherwise spend the day on their own. This operates entirely with a team of volunteers. There are many roles which can be of varying times to fit around your plans e.g. assisting in the kitchen, table hosts, driving guests, singing carols before lunch and many more. There will also be some setting up to do Christmas Eve afternoon.
