Changes in Sonera broadband
billing as of February 23, 2015
Bill for transition
period
We are making changes in broadband billing cycles as of February 23, 2015
because of customer feedback.
Please note that because of the transition into the new system, your first bill
after February 23, 2015 will cover a longer period of time than the standard
bill for monthly charges. It will have two lines for the same product. After the
transition period, the billing period will again be one month.
After the change, your billing period will no longer start from the beginning
of the month and end at the end of the month (for example form March 1
to March 31) but it may start from example in the middle of the month and
end in the middle of the next month (for example from March 15 to April 14).
The billing period remains one (1) month. The due date of your bill will
remain around the same time as now.
This allows us to reflect any service changes made mid-month
earlier on your bill.
This will not affect your current agreement or pricing plan.

Do you need more time to pay?
If you need extra time to pay your bill for the transition period, go to
Omat Sivut (My Pages) or contact our Customer Service to conclude
a payment agreement by March 31, 2015. The payment agreement
is in this case free of charge.
