areas having automated valves in remote locations. Instead of laying a separate power
cable to these areas a standalone solar power is introduced to power the actuators and
reducing the manpower and extra work in cable laying.

An independent and clean solution in valve actuation
This easy approach has been launched to replace the requirement of DG sets or batteries for powering these actuators. The operational cost for
running these DG Sets has also been eliminated by entering to this practical and more long lasting power solution. The Panels can last over 25
years and are able to with stand the critical site conditions, approved for Oil and Gas application carrying all the required certifications to be
operated in critical zones.

Solar Power Pack Design Details:
1. Solar Module - The solar module consists of solar cells which convert the radiant energy of the sun directly to electricity.
2. Charge Controller - The charge controller incorporates the following functions: sophisticated battery charge control to ensure optimal
utilization of the energy provided by the solar module plus overload and battery deep discharge protection.
3. Battery - Solar-Gel batteries are used. These are designed for a high number of discharge cycles and are both maintenance free and
non-venting. They are capable of working within a wide range of ambient temperatures, have very low self-discharge rates and provide a
long service life.
4. Actuator - Any model can be used with this scheme
