The sessions of the first day (28 October 2014) will be held at Bijoy Hall of the Bidyut Bhaban (14th Floor, 1 # Abdul Gani Road, Dhaka) while the sessions of the second day (29 October 2014) will be conducted in the CIRDAP Auditorium with the Secretary-in-charge (Coordination and Reforms), Cabinet Division in the chair. 3.
