Our team members bring to the table diverse experiences, skill sets and
professional concentrations that together form the foundation for the informed,
customized wealth management advice and guidance we provide. We
collaborate closely with one another and can, with your permission, coordinate
with your accountant, lawyer and other professional advisors to help integrate
the various aspects of your financial life, such as tax minimization, legacy
planning and life insurance.
In designing strategies to help address your specific needs and goals, we can
draw on the insights and knowledge of specialists at Merrill Lynch, such as
retirement plan specialists, to deliver support for business retirement plans; and
retirement outcome specialists, for guidance and advice on annuities and IRAs.
In addition, we can provide access to Bank of America trust specialists, to help you
pursue your wealth transfer goals, and a Bank of America Wealth Management
Banker, who can assist with a wide variety of credit and lending needs. For clients
with significant investable assets, we can also call on the services of U.S. Trust.

SENIOR PORTFOLIO MANAGER
Eric began his career at Merrill Lynch in 1998 after working
for five years as a sales director for Automatic Data Processing.
A founding member of The Hinds/Pearly Group, he provides overall
leadership for the team, focusing on marketing and business growth
and developing corporate retirement plan strategies. Additionally,
he serves as Resident Director for the Summit, New Jersey, office.
Eric is a specially qualified Senior Portfolio Manager who, in
addition to providing traditional advice and guidance, can help
clients pursue their objectives by building and managing his
own personalized or defined strategies, which may incorporate
individual stocks and bonds, Merrill Lynch model portfolios and
third-party investment strategies. Senior Portfolio Managers are
provided a high degree of flexibility in constructing portfolios
and selecting securities. When servicing clients through the
firm’s Investment Advisory Program, a Senior Portfolio Manager
may manage his strategies on a discretionary basis. After meeting
certain additional requirements, a Senior Portfolio Manager
may use his own strategies to manage the assets of other
Merrill Lynch advisors’ clients.
Eric received a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Finance
from Villanova University, where he played varsity soccer and
was president of the marketing society. A firm believer in the
Merrill Lynch principle of responsible citizenship, he was
awarded the prestigious Merrill Lynch David Brady Award, which
recognizes volunteerism in the community, in 2011. In 2012,
The Arc of Monmouth County New Jersey also honored Eric
for his commitment to community service.
A founding member of Hope for Children Foundation, Eric has
been the organization’s president since 2003. In addition, he is an
executive member of the Holmdel Soccer Club. He resides in Holmdel,
New Jersey, with his wife, Karen, and their three children, Eric,
Connor and Abigail. An avid soccer player, Eric also enjoys reading,
traveling, skiing and coaching his children in various sports.

Kevin M. Pearly, CFP®, CRPC®

SENIOR PORTFOLIO MANAGER
Kevin began his career with Merrill Lynch in 1999, forming
The Hinds/Pearly Group with Eric the following year. He is
passionate about advising and guiding clients on their wealth
management needs. Kevin assists families and individuals with
making informed decisions about the various aspects of their
financial lives and works closely with business owners to help
them develop and maintain robust retirement plans. Additionally,
he serves as a Merrill Lynch trainer and coach for newly hired
financial advisors.
Kevin is a specially qualified Senior Portfolio Manager who, in
addition to providing traditional advice and guidance, can help
clients pursue their objectives by building and managing his
own personalized or defined strategies, which may incorporate

Kevin graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the
Stern School of Business at New York University. Kevin is a
CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM certificant, a designation
awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards,
Inc., and has earned the Chartered Retirement Planning
CounselorSM (CRPC®) designation, awarded by the College for
Financial Planning.
Kevin is on the board of the New Jersey chapter of the Arthritis
Foundation and a volunteer with Junior Achievement, which
provides education in business, financial literacy and career
development to students in urban, rural and suburban areas.
He and his wife, Deana, live in Hoboken, New Jersey, with their
two sons, James and Alexander.

Michael P. Fisher
FINANCIAL ADVISOR
PORTFOLIO ADVISOR
Mike joined Merrill Lynch in 2004. With a finger on the pulse
of the markets, he runs the investment side of the team’s
practice. Mike’s responsibilities include implementing the wealth
management process, analyzing accounts, conducting periodic
investment manager reviews and preparing customized proposals
and portfolio reviews for clients and prospects. Michael is a
qualified Portfolio Advisor who, in addition to providing traditional
advice and guidance, can help clients pursue their investment
objectives by recommending individual, or any combination of,
Merrill Lynch or approved third-party investment managers’
strategies, funds or portfolios.
Mike graduated from the Virginia Tech Pamplin College of
Business with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management.
He lives in Manasquan, New Jersey, with his wife, Stephanie.
Away from the office, he enjoys surfing, snowboarding, running,
hiking, fishing and traveling. Mike volunteers with the Surfrider
Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the protection
and enjoyment of the world’s oceans, waves and beaches.
Laurence Haiken

Larry has been providing financial advice and guidance since
1993, originally with J.B. Hanauer & Co. and later with Banc of
America Investment Services, Inc. He moved to Merrill Lynch
in 2005 and joined The Hinds/Pearly Group. Larry’s areas of
focus include fixed-income securities and client risk assessment.
He is a coach for Youth Lacrosse and Pop Warner Football in
Warren Township and works with special needs children at the
Autism Medical Center and Rocking Horse Rehab. He is a graduate
of Rutgers College and resides in Warren, New Jersey, with his
two children, Andrew and Jack.

Lori Gagliano

With more than 27 years of experience at Merrill Lynch, Lori is adept at employing
the vast resources that Merrill Lynch has to offer. A primary point of contact for
clients, she is committed to delivering service that meets their highest expectations,
striving to be proactive and timely in addressing their needs. Lori is responsible for
all administrative management and is tenacious in resolving administrative issues
quickly and accurately. She also assists clients with new account opening, reporting
and trade execution.
A graduate of Montclair State University, Lori resides in Warren, New Jersey, with
her husband, Bob, and two children, Jamie and Christopher.
Patricia Fontan

Patty has been with Merrill Lynch since 2005. She focuses on the team’s internal
operations and processes and addresses client service issues. Her responsibilities

services and executing their instructions. Patty is committed to providing clients
with attentive, knowledgeable and personalized service. She believes that a first
impression is a lasting impression.
Patty graduated from The Rutgers School of Business with a Bachelor’s degree
in Marketing and lives in Clark, New Jersey, with her husband, Manny.
Raymond Doxey

Ray has been with Merrill Lynch since 2008 and has more than 10 years of financial
services experience. In his current role, he is responsible for client service and
administrative assistance, including help with market research. He also functions
as the team’s business manager, identifying new opportunities and helping to keep
operations smooth and efficient. Ray is dedicated to offering exemplary service,
answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely manner and helping to
enhance clients’ overall experience.
Ray holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from The Richard Stockton
College of New Jersey. He resides in Tinton Falls, New Jersey, with his wife, Nichole,
and their twins, Camryn and Tanner.
