party certification agencies. Our fire rated doors guarantees
the highest fire protection without sacrificing looks and high
end finish. The rating on our doors starts from 30 minutes to
120 minutes integrity and insulation.

Techno fiber core doors
Made of 100% recycled material. Composed of cross linked wood fibers. This product is
guaranteed for life against warping, twisting and bulging. Tested for 1,000,000 cycle test
and fire rated up to 60 minutes. Formaldehyde free and LEED certified product.
LVL core doors
Engineered wood composed of laminated 4mm hardwood slabs. Extremely stable and
impact resistant. Perfect for LEED projects. FSC certified. Urea formaldehyde free. Suitable
for high traffic doors.
Mineral core doors
Ideal insulating material, for temperature controlled areas. Non toxic, non combustible
when exposed to fire, Provides fire rating up to 120 minutes. Used with solid or composite
stile and rails to achieve different fire rating.
Hollow core doors
Solid wood stile and rail with 100% recycled cardboard honeycomb structure. Having the
highest strength to weight ratio. Our hollow core door is ideal for internal use, for residential
and commercial purposes. Light doors yet durable and economical.
Acoustic core
Multiple layers of composite material, particle board and inorganic boards, pressed together
to achieve the highest acoustic rating in the market up to 45DB STC. Our acoustic doors
can also achieve 60 minutes fire rating as per the BS 476/22 standard.
