Company, a world-leading provider of carbon reduction solutions, to measure and reduce its CO2 emissions
from its operations. To achieve CarbonNeutral® status, Mayer Fabrics is working with The CarbonNeutral
Company, a world-leading provider of carbon reduction solutions. Mayer Fabrics has reduced its greenhouse gas
(GHG) emissions in accordance with The CarbonNeutral Protocol, the global standard for carbon neutral
certification. The program involved an independent assessment of the operational CO2 emissions produced
followed by an offset-inclusive emissions reduction program. This means that for every one tonne of GHG
emissions that Mayer Fabrics produces, it purchases a verified carbon offset which guarantees an equivalent
amount of GHG emissions is reduced from the atmosphere through a renewable energy or clean technology
project.
We're proud to announce that our woven products have earned GREENGUARD Gold Certification and our
non-woven have earned GREENGUARD Certification. GREENGUARD Certified products are tested for low
chemical emissions to standard UL 2818. This certification is a part of our commitment to the sensitivity of
today's designers, the well being of end users and the sustainability of our environment.
Our panel fabrics are included in the underwriters laboratory panel fabric recognition program.

Returns and Cancellations
No returns will be accepted without written authorization. All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods. Credit will
not be issued unless the fabric received on our premises within 15 days from the date of written return authorization. If a return
is not received within 15 days, authorization is automatically revoked. Anything returned must be in saleable condition, uncut
and unprocessed. No returns will be accepted if the fabric is not rolled on a tube as originally shipped. We cannot accept
cancellations or returns of orders for fabrics that have been treated with any special finishes, such as flame proofing, acrylic
backing, vinyl or stain repellent. No returns on special order fabric not regularly carried in stock. If your order has been cut,
packaged, and either ready for shipment or has left the premises, cancellation or refusal of a shipment will result in a
restocking fee. Contact customer service regarding any applicable restocking fee.
