• Dilemma: How do you both acknowledge the need for forms but
als stay in touch with what happens as you begin? You are
constantly in the middle
• To manage live is to stay with what is developing in the midst of
what you are doing
• The danger is that things don’t stay fully alive. We focus our
attention on our agreed form rather than what is beginning to
present itself amongst ud. It is not easy! It takes attention,
discipline, listening and courage to manage in a way in which you
are paying attention to what is actually developing
