STEPHEN MINISTRY – Christ caring for people through people....that’s our motto. A Stephen
Minister’s role is to bring God’s love into lives of people who are going through a difficult time.
They listen, encourage, and pray with and for you, and in the midst of this confidential,one-onone, caring relationship, God’s healing love comes pouring through.
If you or someone you know is facing a challenge – large or small – and could benefit from the
caring presence of a Stephen Minister, talk to our Stephen Minister leader, Sara Jenkins 705-2172.
Each week, there is a STEPHEN MINISTER from BUMC assigned to hospital duty.
If you hear of anyone in the hospital this week, Nov. 2 – 8, please call John White, 705-3513.
