B.L.T.—Shape up your lower body with this half hour of concentrated butt, leg & thigh exercises.
Belly/Bollywood Fusion— Learn Bellydance and Bollywood dance moves. Includes basic techniques, combinations and choreographics.
Butts & Guts - Train and tighten all regions of the lower body and core. This concentrated toning class focuses on the abs, glutes, legs and lower back using light weights
and body resistance.
Cardio Pump—Body Pump and intense cardio workout designed to sculpt your physique.
Core—An intense half hour of focused exercises to tone and shape your midsection/core.
Cycle—The best cardio and muscle conditioning class on two wheels!

SilverSneakers® MSROM - Muscle Strength and Range of Movement—Have fun and move to the music through exercises designed to increase muscular strength,
range of movement and activity for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for
seated and/or standing support.
SilverSneakers® - Cardio Fit: Get up & Go with an aerobics class for you-safe heart-healthy and gentle on the joints. The workout includes easy-to-follow low-impact
movements, and upper-body strength, abdominal conditioning, stretching and relaxation exercises designed to energize your active lifestyle.
SilverSneakers® - Yoga/Stretch: Yoga/Stretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to
safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote

Arthritis Foundation Tai Chi Program®* - is designed to improve the quality of life for people with arthitis using Sun style Tai Chi, one of the four major styles of Tai
Chi. This program was derived and adapted from the Tai Chi for Arthritis program and includes copyrighted materials belonging to Dr. Paul Lam and Tai Chi Productions.
