ORO E R:Under Chapter - IV of the AP. Grant-in-Aid Code, the Commissioner of Collegiate
Education, A.P., Hyderabad hereby sanctions and authorizes for payment of a sum of
Rs.9,85,44,511=00 (Rupees Nine crores eighty five lakhs forty four thousand five hundred
and eleven only) towards payment of salaries for the month of September, 2014 (One month) to
the staff working in the Private Aided Degree 1 P.G. 1 Oriental Colleges in the state of Andhra
Pradesh during the current financial year 2014-15 meeting the expenditure from the provision
made available in the Budget for the current financial year 2014-15 in pursuance of the Govt.
orders 4th read above.
The expenditure is debatable to the following Heads of Account:
" 2202- General Education - 03 University and Higher Education
MH -104 Assistance to Non-Government Colleges and Institutions
S.H.-06 Assistance to Aided Colleges - 310 Grant-in-Aid
311- Grant-in-Aid towards salaries ".
The Regional Joint Director of Collegiate Education, Kadapa and Principals of Govt.
Degree Colleges (Identified Govt, Colleges) concerned is informed that:
1) Before countersigning the Grant-in-Aid Bills and forwarding them to the Treasuries, they should
ensure that all the conditions stipulated in the G.Os.1st and 2nd read above are fulfilled.
2) They should not allow any bill other than salary bill for the month of September, 2014.
a) They should obtain the copies of salary bills of all Aided Colleges for September, 2014 after
drawl of salaries without fail.
b) They should submit consolidated utilization certificates of all the Aided Colleges in their
jurisdiction for the salary drawn for the month along with a copy of salary bill of previous
month.
3) They should personally verify the demand Collection and Balance (Joint account/DCB )
statements every month and see that the tuition fee collection are remitted into Joint Accounts
as per demand by the Management's of the College concerned.

-2The above instructions are be followed scrupulously and any deviation from the above
shall be viewed seriously.
All the Correspondents and Special Officers of Aided Degree I P.G.I Oriental Colleges in
the State of Andhra Pradesh are requested to furnish the balance amount available (both in Advance
Teaching Grant and Joint Account) immediately after passing the salary bills for the month of
September,2014 and also requirement for the months of October and November, 2014, immediately
(through the R.J.D. & Identified Gov!. Colleges), failing which next budget for months of December,
2014, January,2015 & February, 2015 will not be released.
