Colleges in State of Andhra Pradesh ( Zone-I, II, III & IV areas) are requested to furnish the following information .14- i' to this office for release of Advance Teaching Grant for payment of Salaries for the months of December, 2014, January & February, 2015 and also D.A. arrears from July,2014 to November, 2014 in respect of Teaching & Non-Teaching staff working in Private Aided Degree / Oriental / P.G. colleges. The proposals should be submitted to the Commissioner of Collegiate Education, A.P., Hyderabad through the Regional Joint Directors IIdentified Govt. Colleges concerned. The Regional Joint Directors of Collegiate Education concerned Degree Colleges (Identified and Principals of Govt. Govt. Colleges) are requested to report the balance amount (A.T.G.) after passing the salary bill for the month of November, 2014 and also report how much amount is deposited/available in the Joint Account (i.e. D.C.B.). invariably reach this office on or before 18-01-2015 The proposal should failing which the grant will not be released to the those colleges.
