It is with great pleasure that we invite you to participate in the Scandinavian Society of
Neuro-Oncology (SNOG) Meeting from the 19th to the 21st of May 2016 in Copenhagen.
Meeting and Abstract Guidelines
SNOG is a multidisciplinary organization dedicated to promoting advances in the field of
brain tumors through research and education. At the SNOG meeting 2016 leading scientists
and their research groups will present novel results and disputed topics will be discussed. It is
an interdisciplinary meeting were interested scientists and clinicians, working with brain
tumors, can present their work in poster sessions and oral presentations chosen from
submitted abstracts. Furthermore new trends in Neuro-Oncology will be discussed by
prominent invited scientists.
Abstract guidelines
 Then length of the abstract should not exceed 2500 characters
 Abstracts should be submitted under the headings: Introduction, Material and
Methods, Results and Conclusion
 Final abstracts should be sent as a word document named after the first author to
[email protected]
 Abstract deadline: 15th of January 2016

Location
The meeting will take place at the Odd Fellow Palace in the heart of Copenhagen. The
palace was built in 1751 as a Rococo town mansion and is located close to Kongens Nytorv,
Amalienborg Palace and Frederik’s Church (Marmorkirken) and overlooks Rosenborg Castle
Gardens (Kongens Have).
